kedgeree recipe's anyone have a good one?

i love kedgeree but im struggling to find a recipe im always happy with maybe its the wife playing with the amounts who knows

so anyone have a glorious recipe for me to try ?

Personally, I can't stand the stuff, but being allergic to fish does contribute to that, but my fish loving OH swears by this recipe when I go out:
