wife surprised me with the idea of building a bbq last night and i was wondering would it be worth it or would we bet better off with a shop bought one ? could i make one for smoking too not that ive ever tried to do it but the results do look damn good
I really like a BBQ I saw on the gadget show once. It's basically a basin at the bottom for yours coals then a cooking grid attached to a chain that you can raise and lower depending on desired heat. Costs a lot to buy but I bet it wouldn't cost much to make.
