What sauce for broad beans?
Discussion
Steamed and peeled, with a sauce comprising 1/2 tsp toasted cumin seeds, 1 chopped green Thai chilli, a few finely chopped mint leaves, 250ml wholemilk natural yogurt, and a pinch of sugar to taste.
Or just steam the beans, peel and toss with frazzled bacon/chorizo, olive oil, flat-leaved parsley, and some red chilli / lemon zest.

I'm also thinking of blanching some of them and freezing, but must admit I do prefer them fresh. Any recipes please?
