Vietnamese baguette - great stuff. Lots of Vietnamese sandwich shops in Paris and LA are selling this. Ussualy freshly made with different ingredients like a Subway shop. A few places in London are doing them now. I know someone who is thinking of opening a sandwich shop selling this stuff in London - would it work for this British palate?

yes, it's all the rage in the US. I've not had it before so couldn't comment on it much, but this recipe was great
