as simpo said, most of the classic cocktails are pretty easy, and fun to make!

The first cocktail mentioned when I open the site up is a Mojito - I made some at home recently and it's pretty much the easiest cocktail possible to make, without needing any 'specialist' ingredients, if you're having a party some of the fun and show in having cocktails is in the making surely?
