Is Sweetcorn Indestructible?

How can it go in one end and out the other, showing absolutely now obvious change?

Seeds like sweetcorn and those in tomatoes are designed to attract animals to eat them, then wander off and poo elsewhere with the seed still intact and undigested. That's how plants move around.
