So we decided to have an EpicMealTime night where 14 of us got together and all put £15 in to a kitty to generate a healthy £200 budget. The night was themed on "fast food lasagne" so we sourced a ridiculous baking tray with 15cm sides, bought 40 double cheese burgers, crisped up 3kg of Oscar Meyer sweet cure streaky bacon, made a delicious bolognese with 10 cans of tomatoes, 3 kg mince, 8 onions, grated 2.5kg of cheese, baked some onion rings and ordered 10 bags of chips from the chippy. The lasagne went in the oven with my meat thermometer hooked up so we knew we'd be safe.

We bought a load of Jack Daniels and got pretty plastered before all sitting down to what was the most hilarious, delicious, over-indulgent evening we've had as a group of mates. Here's some pics and yes, it was fking delicious!

Epic indeed, looks like fun!

I just hope that the guy wearing Rupert The Bear trousers was suitably ridiculed...!

I spelt it wrong. It's Oscar Mayer. There's a stall on Doncaster Market selling a huge over-production at £4/kg so I bought 5kg

Didn't know it was available in the UK and never checked before. Found it through Sainsburys online, thanks.

Someone was a bit tight and only put a fiver in. You should send in disproportionally large biceps man to collect the debt.
