English mustard of course!

Either go with Beef, but if I had to choose, it would be mustard every time.

Horseradish.

Crusty white bread, salty butter, mature cheddar and a big dollop of horseradish. Ideal.

They are both brilliant. Staples in any foodie's pantry, or fridge if you've opened them.

Once opened keep refridgerated...

+1 love them both.

English Mustard is easier as it has to be Colmans but Horseradish is more difficult as there doesnt seem to be one stand out brand. Its either weak creamy stuff or mega hot stuff made by tiny producers and not widely available.
