Hi all

Could anyone recommend me a good restaurant near Windsor Castle? I have some important visitors coming over from Japan and they will visit the Castle then require feeding smile
Only stipulation is that they do not want a Japanese restaurant.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

In Windsor itself or the area, because you are pretty close to Bray (Fat Duck, Waterside Inn etc)

Can be in Windsor or the area. They have a chauffeur on call to pick them up at Windsor Castle and take them for food.

Browns is quiten ice, i agree.
What about Anthony Worrell Thompson's Windsor Grill? The food in there is top notch. It's down St Leonards road about a 5 minute walk from the castle.
Another favourite of mine is Thai Square at the bottom of the high street. Depends what sort of food they want really!
My favourite restaurant in the area, hands down, is my little local in Old Windsor, Punto's. Amazing food, atmosphere and value for money!!!

Thanks, will check out AWT's grill as well.

It's a real pita finding places for the visitors as the main vip hates all the fuss and is happy with fish & chips in a nice pub, but the "entourage" insist that everything has to be "just so" for him.
