I picked up 3 jars of chilli jam from the Bolton food festival and im totally addicted.

http://www.thechillijamman.com/

I hadn't heard of it before but it goes well with everything. The flavours go from mild and flavoursome right through to arse ripping. Ive got original, smoky and bhut jolika. I wasnt brave enough to try the 3 peaks which is the hottest they do.

Anyone know of anything similar? or have tried these jams? They are pretty awesome.

The PHer-owned Cambridge Chilli Farm is the site you need, I think.

Noms... Blackberry and chilli jelly has been spicing up my game dishes and BBQd meats for the past year. lick

Any chance of a recipe? I've been thinking of making some myself!

which PHer is this - I have bought stuff off him several times at Cambridge market and chatted with him too. Wasn't aware that he was around here?

Not sure... I think his name is Tim? He posts occasionally on chilli-related topics.

My man Nige at Yorkshire Chillies has tunnels of ripening chillies if you want to order online. The varieties change as the season develops. They are really starting to come on stream now.
He also has some dried stocks as well - supplying Joe Public, restaurants and food manufacturers.

Apologies for the delay, this is the one she made last year and it's fantastic. She reckons heat the sugar up in the oven before you put it in though.
