I've worked in catering for 20 years and never seen chicken in a can, what is the world coming to.

You can eat it straight from the can, although I'm not quite sure why you would want to!

Its most likely been boiled so the skin would not get any colour on it.

I remember having these (different brand) as a kid when on family camping holidys in the 1960/1970's. Don't recall them being in jelly though.

Of course not the cage would have to be slightly bigger than the can as it has to fit in legs, wings, head and feathers.

You're not a proper man until you buy a couple of these, invite a 'tidy wench' round for dinner, proceed to decant the 'cooked' chickens onto plates and serve cold with some horrible chemically-brewed beer, clinking tins with her before proceeding to slurp it down with a good loud burp....

Anything more elaborate will surely send out the wrong message deny you the opportunity to smash her back doors in.
