Authentic Key Lime Pie

Help, The missus has requested a key lime pie/ tartlet for her Birthday pudding.

I am keen to recreate one I had at the Wynn buffet in Vegas, but nowhere can I find the right recipe.

it was cheesecake based with a lime cheesecake middle but it had a jelly like electric green top.

Any ideas?

Just had a quick look. Depends on how authentic you want to be. Seems like every recipe requires grahams crackers whatever they are and key limes /
