I was once asked to pay £5.00 english pounds for a pint of guinness that was removed from a tray in a fridge. It was maybe 45 mins old looking at the head.

I opted for free water with complementary lemon.

Most London boozers are between £3.50 and £4.00 at the moment unless you're in the posher bars when £5 isn't unusual.

Obviously I don't drink though so I may be wrong.
