McDonalds breakfast wrap
Discussion
Obviously falling victim to several methods of advertising I found myself at the counter of McD's in The Strand this morning buying one.
It. Was. Lovely!
It rather had the feeling of the stuff they get from a machine in Star Trek, you know....press a button....lamb chops..., but to be honest was none the worst for that!
Anyone else tried one?

I've tried one and totally agree. By far the very best item McDonalds have ever had on their otherwise crappy breakfast menu.
They managed to ruin the bacon sandwich by giving us stodgy bread and the McMuffin range has needed an overhaul for some time.
All hail the Breakfast Wrap from McDonalds!

After first hearing of these in the dirty takeaway thread, I treated myself to one on Saturday, as I was in work on my own after a couple of pints the night before.
Worked a treat on the little hangover I was nursing.
If I was being critical/for future efforts, I might be tempted to ask for a second dollop of brown sauce.
Did find myself wondering what it would be like with the spicy sauce they used to put in the big breakfast muffin things.

How trendily misinformed of you.
What a magnificent put-down.I shall shamelessly steal it and use it as my own.
Just so you know it will be put to good use. It will come in particularly handy in connection with
1. A Guardian reading sandal wearing Architect colleague
2. A conspiracy theorist Guido Fawkes following friend.

Seriously, people who slag the Golden Arches need to cheer the f
k up and enjoy themselves a bit. You know, live a little. Maybe eat something other than museli.
FFS.
Well said. Anyone who can drive past the arches catching a whiff of burgery goodness without diverting forthwith is just odd.

I do question the breadiness of this new delight. I suspect that it will need a side order of a sausage & egg mcmuffin to bulk it out, in the same way that a large mac meal deserves, nay DEMANDS, a cheeky cheeseburger starter.
