Does Cider go off?

Bought two litres of cider from a cider festival 3 weeks ago the bottle it came in has probably been open for 10 days, will I die if I drink it? its 7% if that makes any difference.

Is it still or flat? It might not be at its best after about 10 days but it won't kill you.

The draught that I buy from thatchers states 7-10 days. It will prob be ok might be a bit stale tasting though.

The alcohol and sugar content of cider means it won't "go off" to the point of making you ill for months. It might not taste that nice though - it'll likely be flat within a week or two.
