Any wine offers for Christmas?

Since it's slowly getting to that time of year I'm looking at stocking up the wine rack, so does anyone know of any good supermarket offers yet? I'm particularly partial to a nice Merlot or Pinot Noir so any general recomendations of decent wines would be nice too

Also eyes peeled on Waitrose. They have already done a 25% promo for 6 bottles and over..almost certain they will do another prior to 25th December.
