What to do with extra chrimbo pudding?
Discussion
I made a chrimbo pudding, same Delia recipe as I always use, but I steamed it in the wrong basin, so i have a sort of half sized pudding in a huge bowl, it'll look like some kind of Christmas space ship flying saucer.
Not the ideal Chrimbo lunch table centre piece....
So I am going to make another, double size in the bigger basin having considered I am catering for 12.
What can i do with the half size jobbie?
Make it into truffles?
Cna I slice it up and freeze it?

I had an idea!
Break it up into little bits, roll into balls, dip in chocolate! Little bit of candied peel on top.

What about stuffing it with marzipan and dust with icing sugar = Stollen
Good idea. And one I may have to try myself, the local bakers don't sell it anymore, they got into trouble with the police... [pauses, clears throut]
'Handling stollen goods'.

Mainly for the reaction, as opposed to the joke
