Just got back.
erm, nothing that I'd throw people aside to get to, but we had a lot of fun poking around, and checking out some competitors, customers etc. The hog roast stands are pretty good
There's a shop full of spices and such (I'll get a name later), all their stuff is on book cases and it's quite a decent size, well worth a poke around as they've some lovely stuff, and a few rare gems hidden among the everyday stuff.
Didn't see any of the demonstrations / seminars etc, so no idea on them. Take something to drink, if you're anything like me you'll be sampling loads of stuff, and your mouth will fast feel like Ghandi's sandal. Oh and buy loads of stuff from the mediterranean food folks (olives, peppers, etc). Well expensive, but you get a lot, and it's delicious - their olives are ace.
There's a corner which has all the award winning / selected vendors etc (where CAMRA etc are), some good stands there too.
Nothing singularly amazing that I saw, but lots to check out.

I think I went to that stall - I got some great stuff, hot mago chutney and some brilliant caribean sauces. fatboy b said:
We went a few years back thoroughly disappointed! Couldn't move 'cos there were so many people. All the good demos were full. Never again.
I thought it was much better this year. We went on Saturday afternoon - it was much less crowded that it has been in other years, apparently it had a bigger floor area with the same ammount of stall too, but Im not sure if that was true.
