Heston Sauce :) yum

Ok PH ... rare for me to post in this group .. but thought I needed to share

So tonight it's just me eating and after a long week surviving on random food I really fancied some roast beef. It's a while since I had any and it had me salivating as I went into Waitrose ...

The beef bought was some "best waitrose organic hampshire stuff" ... all ok there. About a kilo ..

Above the beef I saw the Heston Sauces. Now I usually make my own everything as such, but as it was just me eating I was intrigued by the "Heston's Beef and Mustard Sauce". Couple of quid .... so I thought I'd give it a go

My god .... totally bloody lovely !!!

Meat juices went in it as well ... but that just added more flavour I reckon

The taste was gorgeous ...

Big tick in the box for a quick/dirty ... but yummy gravy
