Hare recipe?

Anyone got any simple hare recipes they can recommend?
My local farm shop butcher is getting some in and I fancy a try, but am at best a 'basic' cook.

All I can find is variations on stew/casserole.

I've only ever stewed it but it can be roasted. You would have to be very careful as there is no fat and it will dry out very quickly indeed due to the size/shape of the joints.
Hare is a VERY rich meat. A little goes a long way.
