Wine people. Chateau Beaucastel

Looking for a bottle of Chateau Beaucastle which I believe to be the only Chateau neuf to use all 13 grapes. Can you suggest a good year, at sensible sub £50 a bottle, for a christmas present?

ETA: the above is one of my favourite wines and one that shows huge promise for the future... drinking well at present (I've knocked off a few in the past year) but if the recipient can keep their hands off it for a few more years then it might even transcend the 1990. If not, decent decant (couple of hours) and it will open up nicely.
