I'm delighted with my 'Prepara' table-top mister. (An early Christmas present since I'll be away for the event itself.)
It works brilliantly for spraying oil on food - rather than glugging it on - and/or creating flavoured oils for salad dressings.
I have lemon peels in olive oil 'on the go' in mine, ready for when I come back.
