There is only one best sandwich ever, and it is the Shooter's Sandwich.

Hi all,
Pretty new here, but sandwiches are something I can talk about! That one looks rather nice. My favourite is from the deli across from my Yankee inlaws house - lots of thin sliced turkey, ham, roast beef, swiss and american cheese (1/2 inche layers of each), with mayo, mustard and lettuce on a big soft white roll. Unremarkably they call it 'the American'. And I want one right now, shame it's 3000 miles away.
