Do it. Get it VERY hot though.
I'm actually quite jealous.

Like cold pizza - It just has to be eaten

although if I'm honest, not sure sure I'd eat a 5 day old cold pizza

I should clarify... just chicken, no prawns or anything. But the sauce has seperated a bit which is a (smallish) concern.

It'll be fine - how long do you think supermarket microwavable curries stay in the fridge for before being eaten?

I wouls however, as other suggest, get it super-nuclear hot before eating. . . . .

Why not just buy a new one. Can't be more than £6-£7 surely ?

Why risk food poisoning from chicken for that amount. You don't know how old or how long that chicken sat around before it was cooked too.

Don't be a stingy tt. Buy a new one. smile

I understood that one reason curry exists is as a way to preserve fresh meat. True or not?

Love these threads but seriously, I posted a similar question about Chilli con Carne a while back and a lot of the posters said that although heat will destroy any bacteria, it won't get rid of the toxins that the bacteria have been adding to the food whilst in the fridge.

You may carry on with the funny stuff now laugh

More like to disguise bad tasting rotten and unhealthy meat, I think you'll find.

Well I made chilli from the well known chilli thread, on the 20th December...
Put in a big uncovered bowl in the fridge.... eat the last of it on the 27th....
bloody gorgeous it was, on each and every occasion I had some.

Good luck all the same, not sure I'd do the same with a take away...not knowing the providence of the ingredients etc hehe
