Suggestions for a nice pie filling

Does anyone have a recipe for a cheese pie, with a bit of a difference...something that will get the taste buds tingling.
I like the idea of a cheese and potato pie but they can be a bit bland. How do you do yours?

Maybe try some stronger cheese or even blue cheese, also lots of black pepper.
