Was this bloody wonderful Potjie Pot! (A pot fo cooking everything from Breakfast, Stir Fry's to very slow cooked stews and Bread).
Oh and an excellent Potjekos book and a bottle of Stroh Rum.
I cooked Lambs Neck with Brandy, Mushrooms, Potatoes, Carrots and Leek tonight, and it was bloody fantastic. 3.5 hour cooking time and my wife and I were fighting over the last spoonfulls.
Oh and the Stroh Rum? I have had daft drinks in the past like Rivers Rum, Absinthe etc. But I have never had a drink that feels like it is evaporating on your tongue! Christ that's a kicker.
Top mate, top eating. Lekker Bru.
