1. Where's good to buy coffee online? I'm after ground coffee and I'm Particularly after some good decaf as there's not much choice out there. I know decaf is a bit wrong, but it works for me as caffeine sends me loopy and I drink a lot of coffee, so end up dehydrated.

2. Any recommendations?

3. Thanks.

See this thread.

You'll be supporting a fellow PH'er.

P.S. I have no affiliation with this and have no idea how the coffee tastes.

Thanks, will have a look when there's a website up, looks good. I found some decaf that I'm going to give a whirl, but will be in the market for trying other stuff too in the future.

I know what his coffee tastes like !
I missed out on the free coffee so I bought some instead - I took advantage of the 3 bag deal.
My wife is the coffee drinker however I had shared a cafetiere with her at the weekend and its fantastic. Smooth and full of flavor, very easy to keep coming back for more.
Delivery is quick and easy, contact Chris by email and he is more than happy to discuss what you normally like and make recommendations.
Good Luck !

Thanks for the review! always nice to hear! smile

I've got 4 great coffees in the roastery at the moment. Website is about 2 weeks away, but in the mean time I'm taking online orders through paypal.

I'm more than happy to reccomend something for what you need, but unfortunatley I don't have any decafe at the moment.

If you have any Q's or want to make an order - drop me a line: smokeybarn@gmail.com

Cheers

Chris

Hello Chris, thanks I'll bear that in mind. I've got a kilo of some Makro stuff that's caffinated to work through, it's not particularly good, but it's ok and it's paid for, so I'm not looking for anything with caffeine in it at the moment, but I'll give you a shout when I'm in the market. Can you post a link to your website in this thread when it goes live and I'll add it to my favourites?

I bought a kilo of decaff online last night that I'm going to work my way through, took me a while to find as there isn't much available, of the 30 or so coffees that were listed, only two were decaff. I guess I'm a bit weird if no one else is using decaff? I'm currently making quad-espressos mixed about 3:2 with frothed milk, which works well with decaff, but causes a few issues with caffinated coffee - send me loopy and makes me piss every five minutes!

Because of the above, I don't use the caffinated stuff very often, so a kilo will probably last me quite a while.

I'm no expert on decaffination but I think they have to be steamed.
