So it's Saturday morning, you're on BBC1 what's your heaven & what's your hell?
I'm asking because people have been posting about salmon

[/quote]

Calibrax has coked that perfectly, & most people would be delighted if it was put in front of them, but I would struggle to eat it frown

Food hell, has to be pizza. Hate the damn things with a passion, how anyone can have
that as a meal is beyond me.

Tripe and Frey Bentos pies.

A couple of trips to asia was enough to confirm I'll eat pretty much anything else, even if I don't know what it is.

Liver. It's the texture more than the taste, because I do like pate.

Also kidney. Same thing really, it's the texture, I love the flavour of steak & kidney pie, but I always pick out the bits of kidney smile

You need to try very fresh liver and kidney cooked correctly. It's like intensified flavour of the animal it came from and the texture is really nice if done right. I can understand peoples issues with it as it as it is often crap as it needs perfect timing and :decent produce. Bad liver and kidney makes me feel ill just thinking about it. But trust me done well its one of the best parts of an animal.

Hell = salmon in a creamy dill sauce with broccoli florets

+1. Was force fed it as a kit and loath it.

Also hate courgettes.

Try cutting it off of the animal first.

Anything with liver or kidney in.... The last time I had kidney I was unwittingly eating what I thought was just a steak pie, I was literally physically sick.
Liver is nom-nom-nomage of the first order.

Kidneys smell of pee and as such are food hell.

Until recently i too would never go near an avocado, but now i love creating an avocado 3 bean tuna tomato cucumber lettuce lime balsamic etc etc salad. Can easily spoon-out an avocado. Trick is to get a perfectly ripe one!
