I have a feeling Ive just ballsed up my lunch
Discussion
Made a nice tuna/mayo mix, with cracked black pepper and a hint of mustard, and stupidly threw in some frozen corn without boiling it first.
Is frozen corn cooked enough? I have a feeling it needs to be boiled for 5 minutes for a good reason...
Second (diversionary) question - I'm sure someone can beat that, in terms of absent mindedly ruining a meal!

I figured the corn would mix in nicely, thaw within 15 minutes and slightly chill the Tuna.
I dont normally dine on frozen food (whist frozen) often
but nibbling away at a few bits of corn... it doesnt taste right.
Just a drop or two of Frenches mild American mustard adds nicely to the flavour.
And no, I cant fish out the bloody corn
too many to contend with!

Microwave it for 45 secs, spread on toast, top with grated cheese and grill! Disco!
This sounds even better - will definitely be doing this next time.Gassing Station | Food, Drink & Restaurants | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
