The starter I had was Courgette, spinach and goats cheese wraps with toasted pinenuts, tomato, thyme and caper sauce. The main course was superb; the black pudding puree was a little unusual but everything else was delightful and it was a work of art to look at.
The dessert was amazing; I had no idea how parsnip was going to taste in a dessert but it wasn't overpowering. I wasn't sure about the thyme ice cream to begin with as it was quite herby but it went together very well with the crème brulée.
I would definitely recommend the place if ever you're in Edinburgh.
