After making my own various types, that dry rub kak and that sauce type trash... I have come to the firm conclusion that walkerswood jerk paste is the dogs danglies ... absolutely the best !
If you can source some ( which can be a ball ache) give it a try, but beware it is hot ! i always buy 4 a time!

jerk potato wedges, pork chops, chicken in any form, snappa or any other fish, goat, in pasta, stirred in soup !

FANTASTIC !!!!

I agree eve tried many recipes to try and nothing is as good!
Though it would be nicer to have a less hot one for the visitors who cant take the heat.

I have jerk once a week. Used to get home made stuff from a west Indian bloke I knew, sadly we list contact. Was the best jerk I've ever tasted.

I use dunns river now, which is good, but not as good as the home made stuff was frown

Just picked some of this up and had a go. Have to say it is delicious - just the right blend of heat and taste. I managed to find it in an Indian Supermarket in South Manchester.

I need to try this, I'm a big fan of Eatons Wet Jerk Seasoning, but I would be happy to find something better...
