Recommend PH Towers (developers) a coffee machine
Discussion
Afternoon all,
Exciting times, the hamsters are being taken from the basement of PH towers and put in the penthouse. Now this not being our natural environment we want to soften the blow by getting a bean to cup type coffee machine. It doesnt need to do industrial amounts of coffee but will need easy cleaning/maintenance. Guessing around max 500 quid mark.
Any recommendations?

Phil,
Not a 'bean to cup' machine, granted - but you could buy a grinder or do what I do - just buy a bad of ground stuff.
I'm a coffee lover and have to have good coffee. In 2005 I bought a Francis Francis X1 machine. A small unit, but contains professional parts inside to ensure longevity and good pressure for proper coffee.
Retails around 400 quid.
7 years later, still working as good as new. For a domestic machine it's regarded as one of the best around.
