Authentic chinese takeaway recipies
Discussion
We found this takeaway recipe book to be excellent, as it sets about to help you create food the way it tastes when ordered from the takeaways.

Sadly, no "Salt and Pepper Spare Ribs" recipe inside (my favourite!)
Ive ordered S&P Spare Rips from loads of chinese outlets, they all taste very much the same, much to my liking, almost as if all chinese restaurants share the same recipe.
Ive googled up numerous recipes but have no way of knowing which one is going to turn out the way the restaurants make them. Any suggestions or tips?

Consider checking out this aussie on Youtube. He makes attempts at quite alot of fast-food type meals/burgers/sides etc..

He's good but I find him a bit annoying. There's no wonder he's become so large over the last few years since he's been doing all the cooking. www.youtube.com/user/robjnixon

Have you looked in a chinese supermarket?
Don't just look, ask the staff.
