Quick and good food for group of about 70
Discussion
Got to feed a group of around 60-70 in our office (central London) next week.
Usual fare for one of these kind of parties is pizza from one of the chains but being as I am in charge I would like to do something a bit nicer than a mouthful of salt! Would like it to be a bit more substantial than horse doovers, too.
Got any good ideas for me?
Thanks!

If you can get access to some chaffing dishes there is no end to what you can feed to the people.

Otherwise as its summer you could go buy 30/40 roast chickens from a supermarket a pile of crusty bread and an equally big pile of salad for everyone to munch on.
p.s you may need to phone the supermarket a few hours before hand to aquire that many chickens.

Can't help on the main course.
But a wedding (by a beach) that I'm attending in a few days is bringing in an ice-cream van and which will apparently serve unlimited free ice creams to guests.
I don't think this idea will necessarily fit the bill, but I'm still captivated by the awesome concept.
