Help missus cook like a Chinese homosexual - Big choppers

Dear all,

My girlfriend has recently found a great love for a certain Chinese homosexual and his cooking (Gok Wan).

I am a huge fan of eating and a huge fan of her learning to cook so I need your advice on a big chopper to help her on her way.

You can get them from Chinese supermarket places and I dare say that the Chinese restaurants we all visit use them. My question is what do you (or your BF/GF) look for in a big chopper and how much do you spend making sure you get the right one?

Are you talking about a cleaver? I got mine from wing yip for around £8. I don't use it often so opted for a cheap one.
