Black coffee with honey

I quite like coffee but not too keen on adding stuff to it.
Strong black coffee is enough of a 'pick me up' for me thanks.

Hmmm... never even considered honey in coffee. Will give it a go.

Since becoming a diabetic I have had to learn what food sugars are released into the blood stream quickly. Honey is at the top end of the scale, just sniff it and it's in yer blood, maybe that is helping as the pick you up.
