Breakfast near Belgravia/ Knightsbridge

Evening all!
We are off to London tomorrow for our 4th wedding anniversary and I am after a romantic/very good breakfast near belgravia/knightsbridge.
I was just going to book the wolseley but thought the knowledgable lot of PH may have a hidden gem or two.
We are staying at the berkeley just to give an idea of location.
