Some excellent dishes for this months comp. It's going to be a close one!

Bob the Planner - Spicy Moroccan Rice with Spiced Carrot


Lord - Squash, chicken & couscous one-pot


Council Baby - Chicken Shish, kofte and cous cous salad


Mr Roper - Beef Kofte, sweet potato tangine and flat bread


Dan1981 -Lamb Kofte, harissa / tomato sauce and home made naans


Bulldong - Chicken Tagine with mint and sultana couscous


oilydan -Lamb & Chickpea Tagine,Spiced Cous Cous & Tapenade 'Fez'


Madbadger - Goat and Squash Tagine with Chickpea flatbread and Cous cous.


Shirt - lamb, date and pistachio tagine with berber omelette and khobz

wow, many thanks for the kinds words and votes of confidence. i don't know whether to be coy or gloat over beating oily i didn't even place in the old version of the cooking comps so good to know i'm doing something right!

do you think garlick will post overseas? i could stick an order in for stickers if that helps.

i'll have a think about a theme, how long have i got to decide?

Assume that is the time limit up.

Don't think we have ever set a time limit for the next comp, generally it's the next day or asap so that it keeps the right formulae of 2 weeks to cook and 1 week to vote.

So yeah come Shirt get your finger out pal. :P
