Fantastic Milkshakes

So, I found the OK Diners "int North", and discovered their Milkshakes are fantastic.
Unfortunately, the nearest one to me is about 2 hours which is a little way to go!
So, does anyone know of anywhere to get a good American milkshake to the west of London? I'm in Beaconsfield.
The sort of thing I had was a lovely thick cookies and cream - real thick with cookie bits in it. Mmmmmmm

Guildford heading out of the centre of town and we generally park on the left and cross the road. Mr 13th loves them but I was disappointed that all the milk shakes are vanilla based but you can add whatever you want to it, crunchies, dairy milk anything and everything.
However if you are willing to go the extra few miles Harrods icecream/milkshake bar is well worth the effort, not sure which floor. They have a great pizza Italian place opposite, so great pizza and then two yards to fantastic deserts and milkshakes YUM

Almost more melted ice cream than milkshake!
They are pretty thick - they do an Oreo one too which I think has bits of Oreos in.Almost more melted ice cream than milkshake!

It's not so much "to" the west of London as "in" the west of London, but Lucky 7 in Westbourne Park makes fantastic shakes, burgers and other diner-related comestibles. Just off the Westway, so an easy run down the M40 from Beaconsfield I used to work in a milkshake bar.
About 4-6 scoops of any vanilla ice cream (we used an ice cream machine but found you can substitute it with any ice cream for pretty much the same result)
Some milk (full fat is best, semi is ok, skimmed doesn't work well imo)
Any chocolate bar/candy/biscuit/cake you want and a decent blender.
you have to jiggle the blender to get the ice cream blended down but with chunks of your chosen flavour.
Its hit and miss till you get the porportions right and I can't be accurate with the milk as I just know now how much to use but its something I still make 2 years after working there.
