Does anyone do a food plan for a whole week in advance to stop you picking up snacks and having to waste time at a supermarket?

The butler looked at sainsburys version and its very boring...

toast/cereal for breakfast
sandwich for lunch
stodgy stuff for dinner

Need something that is easy to plan, lots of salad, no sandwiches, exciting dinners, no exotic (hard to get or uber expensive) ingredients for a single meal and most of all quick or if not quick then very easy (leave in oven for X hours and come back) cooking.

Is there any better than the waitrose one?

shhh... its not laziness... its a plan

OH is always thinking of reasons why I cant do home made this and home made that... Mainly down to carbs and wanting to cut them down.

Shortly after yet another salad rejection, she goes and eats homous with bread, completely ignoring my ideas and her own rules.

So after getting fed up of creating a load of menus only for her to shoot most down, I just wanted a nice long list of breakfast/lunch/dinner and she can choose through... Now I have 18 pages and some must be ok... I hope.
