sorry if a daft question, but beings i'm new to this cooking lark....
i'm doing a dish this weekend, ingredients are as follows, spicy sausage, (prob chorizo) red onions, red peppers, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, paprika, plain rice, stock, spring onion, tomatoes and parsley.
i'm supposed to also use a white wine, are there any specifics that would work with the above???
thanks in advance.

Do you mean in the dish or to accompany it?

Doesn't really matter what goes in it so long as it's 'drinkable', although presumably you'll have a glass with the meal.

Personally I'd go with a Red Rioja, but if it must be white, a Saugvignon Blanc's zesty/ spicy enough to enjoy with the meal - or find a white Rioja if you can and keep it Spanish! smile

That's old walnut face's spicy sausage rice malarkey isn't it? Bog standard dry (not sweet) white wine will be fine.
