Bananas Foster. Chuck a load of brown sugar and butter in a pan and heat until it becomes toffee. Throw in a load of bananas sliced in half longways and mix it all up until everything is hot and sticky. Serve with a large dollop of the best vanilla ice cream you can find or an equally large dollop of chilled clotted cream. Takes about 5 minutes.
