Call customers "Guests".
I am not an effing Guest I am a Paying Customer.
If you want to call me a Guest give me the meal for free.

...suddenly appear, every time you are near???

Not just me then.

It's a site dedicated to stringing along Nigerian scammers for fun - making them think you're gonna eventually send them money, but actually you're winding them up. I suggest you Google it, it's hours of fun reading.
One of the baiters was stringing a bloke along in Nigeria lovely, and sent him a form for him to fill in, ostensibly blagging it that once he'd filled in the form and emailed it back, then he'd get a load of money wired to him via Western Union.
One of the questions that was on the form was 'why do birds suddenly appear every time you are near?' And the Nigerian scammer, even then, didn't realise he was being strung along - and faithfully answered the question with 'don't know...'
