Best Food/Meal
Discussion
What is the best food you have eaten, all circumstances included. Not necessarily the most expensive just the best food you have tasted.
Caught some ' shad ', a fish in a lagoon in South Africa, we took it home and put it on the BBQ ( Braai ). I dont eat sea food but it was one of the best meals I have had, fresh asw anything and tasted lovely.
On the same holiday we were on a game farm, the guide cooked us dinner.
He cooked a massive BBQ, then just threw the steak right on the coals/wood. He turned it a few times then took it off.Served it with mustard, salt and pepper,
simply divine

My wedding / honeymoon.
1. the wedding meal - French onion soup, venison pie, apple crumble at The Inn at Whitewell
2. Mother India, Glasgow - amazing
3. Stravaigin, Glasgow - damn good
4. Three Chimneys, Skye - probably the best restaurant I've ever eaten in. Absolutely wonderful food; amazing, friendly service. Can't wait to go back

We thought so too, one of the guys questioned this, was told to stfu. After tasting it, we had to agree with
the chef, the heat means most of it doesn't stick. I've done it numerous times here in the UK, and if it's hot it works,
you just scrape the small bits off. Great as a BBQ starter, coals too hot to cook, but will cook steak, flash cooked.
