Discussion
I am trying to turn over a new leaf so to speak. I have stopped smoking (today !!!!!) and I also want to stop drinking coffee (or at least cut down my intake by 2/3rds and also my sugar intake which would contribute to my weight gain due to stopping smoking). I will be doing more exercise before anyone points this out as an obvious next step, I have 2 relatively unused bicycles :-).
I havent drunk tea seriously for years and am looking for a tea that might be naturally sweeter tasting and less bitter than other types. I tend to add a lot of sugar to tea and I want to cut it out as much as I can. There are so many types out there, so was hoping for some advice please.
I grew up drinking Rooibos (or Redbush as you call it here in the UK), so anything else will be considered.
Thanks in advance.
