Right peeps,

I'm about to go and make a sausage casserole for dinner (just a colemans one, nothing special).

Do I chop up the sausages or chuck them in whole???

Don't think it matters does it. Personally I like them chopped up

Cook them whole, then chop up when serving - helps them keep shape and not disintegrate whilst cooking

I chop, MOH cooks whole the proper sausages and chops the smoked sausages (if you see what I mean....) as the proper ones do tend to disintegrate.
