Found my new favourite Gin...

I picked up a bottle of William's Gin from the Chase Distillery the other day. Up to now, I've always been a Plymouth Gin fan, but this Chase stuff is superb. The base vodka is made from apples, which I suppose is fair enough given the distillery is based in a Herefordshire apple farm!

Highly recommended, bottled at 48%, the only downside is the price, at 37 quid a bottle.
