Proper Kobe in the UK?

Is it available? If so, where? And by proper Kobe, I mean top grade Japanese stuff, not beef being sold as Waygu bred in Wales or the like.

A friend posted pictures from Tokyo and it looked amazing. He was of the opinion that the top grades don't get exported though.

I am pretty sure it is proper Kobe they serve in Roka even if it isn't it taste great so certainly worth a try.

Pretty certain I saw it in the food hall at Harrods, an amazing experience itself!
