It didn't have a bloody taste to be fair but was a bit wet when chewing if that makes sense
Lack of resting. Major problem. Otherwise it looked about right. That pink juice should have been given time to soak back into the meat. Rule of thumb is rest for at least as long as you cooked it when it comes to beef...
When I cook steaks I now do them first and then leave them to rest whilst I make everything else...
