I doubt it was more than £60 (although the value of the saved bubbly will no doubt push costs up, but I'm turning a blind eye to that. It helps sharing the costs when family come round.
I spent £140 for four of us. This was mostly treat things like crisps, olives, cheese, puddings etc. also all the soft drinks, beer (wine ordered separately) a large ham and fruit and veg.
We are hosting breakfast for 7, going out for lunch and doing Boxing Day for 6.
Did mine last night. £95 which included a £35 turkey and a couple of presents. I've been buying sweets etc in the weeks beforehand when they are on offer. Shops are mad though, lots of people spending the same as the OP.
About £120ish. But that hopefully means we're sorted for a good couple of weeks and store cupboard items for even longer. And extra portions that can be frozen for the depths of January when we can't be bothered to cook.

well actual extra christmas shopping came in at a reasonable £150 i think it was helped by the fact that i managed to get the meats when i was working at smithfield the other night. 1 leg of lamb, 1 gammon joint, 3 packs of parma ham and 2 kilos of chorizo sausages=£35, job done
